how long does an order take?
Your custom order will take 10 business days to arrive.

do you offer expedited shipping on orders?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are made-to-order, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

how much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is 100% free for every order, intentionally!

what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

how do I cancel an order?

can I change the fabric/color/a variable on an item I just ordered?
Depending on what stage of the construction process your garment is in, you may be able to make changes. For modification options please contact service@alignwg.com with any further inquiries.
Return & Exchange Policy
How long do I have to return my items after I receive them?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return items for free. All returns must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags attached.
If your return is not initiated with the carrier within 30 days of delivery date, your refund will not be processed.

How do I make a return?

How can I track my return?
You will be sent a return tracking number via email. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can't find your return slip?
Contact us at service@alignwg.com and we will send you a return slip for your order.
